Responsible Gaming

Gambling at Realz is intended solely for entertainment purposes and should never be viewed as a source of income or a financial solution. It is essential to approach online pokies with a mindset focused on enjoyment and leisure. Understanding the importance of responsible gaming helps ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all players.

Self-Control Tools

Realz provides various responsible gambling tools to help players maintain control over their gaming activities. These tools are designed to empower players to set boundaries and ensure their gaming remains enjoyable. The following options are available on our platform:

• Deposit Limits: Players can set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount of money they are willing to deposit into their accounts. This feature helps manage spending effectively.
• Loss Limits: Players can specify the maximum amount they are willing to lose within a certain timeframe. Setting loss limits is crucial for preventing excessive financial loss.
• Wagering Limits: Players can establish limits on the amount they wager during a specified period. This tool helps manage betting behavior and promotes responsible gaming.
• Session Time Limits: Players can set a maximum duration for their gaming sessions. This encourages players to take breaks and prevents prolonged gaming sessions.
• Cooling-Off Periods: If players feel the need to take a break, they can activate a cooling-off period that temporarily restricts access to their accounts.
• Self-Exclusion Options: Players can choose to self-exclude from their accounts for a specified period. This option is vital for players who recognize the need to step back from gaming.

Self-Assessment

Recognizing the early signs of problematic gambling behavior is essential for maintaining a healthy gaming experience. Players may consider the following reflective questions to assess their gambling habits:

1. Am I often losing track of time while playing online pokies?
2. Do I find myself gambling to escape from stress or emotional issues?
3. Am I chasing losses by gambling more after experiencing a loss?
4. Do I feel anxious or irritable when I cannot gamble?
5. Have I ever borrowed money or used funds meant for necessities to gamble?
6. Do I often feel the need to gamble with increasing amounts of money to achieve the same level of satisfaction?
7. Am I keeping my gambling activities a secret from friends or family?
8. Do I feel guilty or ashamed about my gambling behavior?

Answering these questions honestly can help players identify any potential issues early on.
